A medium weight shingle that can come with an extended non-prorated warranty of 40 years when installed by a factory certified installer. The warranty covers labor and material. Only an Emerald Premium rated contractor can provide the Emerald Premium warranty. It comes with a 130 mph wind rating, Scotchgard™ algae resistant materials, CRRC (Cool Roof Rating Counsel) approved colors (Golden Amber, Ivory Mist, Sienna Bland, and Silverwood). MRC has never torn off a failed Highlander roof that was installed to manufacturer's specifications.

A heavy weight shingle that can come with an extended non-prorated warranty of 50 years when installed by a factory certified installer. The warranty covers labor and material. Only an Emerald Premium rated contractor can provide the Emerald Premium warranty. It comes with a 130 mph wind rating, Scotchgard™ algae resistant materials, CRRC (Cool Roof Rating Counsel) approved color (Silverwood). MRC has never torn off a failed Legacy roof that was installed to manufacturer's specifications.

Ecoasis
